HomecomIng

HomecomIng is a mini space shooter created in three days. It was an official entry into (and the winner of) the General Assembly 2015 Game Jam.

As an official entry into the General Assembly 2015 Game Jam, HomecomIng is a mini space shooter created in three days. In a concerted, rapid effort with two other designers and two developers, this game was the winner of the contest, in theme and level of completion.

My contribution toward this game included initial conception, game design, and music. While audio engineering is far outside of my skillset, the opportunity for usability tests and redesigns are extremely limited in a 3-day sprint. As I wanted to continue contributing to the final product, I downloaded Audacity, and developed a basic knowledge to allow HomeComIng to have an added level of immersion and polish.

Dungeons & Dragons

Making maps is an art. I've made static maps using Inkarnate and dynamic environments using Talespire.

Rocksmith 2014 is like Guitar Hero, except you use a real guitar, and you're graded on each performance. I record my sessions from time to time.
